Hertfordshire Catering is an integral part of Hertfordshire County Council, catering for 412 primary schools (serving circa 45,000 meals every day) and 42 secondary school and Academy contracts.

Hertfordshire Catering's reputation is built on providing innovative school food, using good quality ingredients, which are freshly prepared every day by a dedicated team of catering professionals. This consultation document seeks your views on aspects of the proposed changes to Hertfordshire Catering. We welcome and seek the views and comments of all schools and academies.

We are consulting on 6 areas relating to the future service provision by Hertfordshire Catering.  Each heading overleaf indicates which schools and academies are affected by the question.  The questions for the consultation are contained in the document for your information but please submit responses using the electronic survey link below:
