Electronic Reporting for SchoolsThe SAP portal can be accessed at: From 1st April 2011 the following range of reports are available for schools to access and run directly themselves through the SAP Portal:
Reports were previously sent by email to the Head Teacher and other nominated addresses. These reports were also issued in a paper format which was then delivered by courier or via the schools mailbag. The recommendation is to set up a nominated user(s) in each school that will allow that user(s) to run all of the above reports at a time which is convenient to that school. The person(s) allocated with this reporting role is entirely at the discretion of the head teacher. The information contained within the reports is “real time” and displays the most up to date information contained on the system. This is a significant improvement to the previous process where the data produced is only up to a moment in time. The data can also be exported into Excel allowing the user(s) to manipulate the data in a way that is meaningful to them.
