School's Remote Timesheet Entry

The Remote Timesheet Entry (RTE) is the on line solution used by Schools to enter additional hours/payments and absence details, for their employees, each month.
The Remote Time Sheet Entry system allows schools to securely complete, authorise and submit their monthly time sheet. The information is transferred directly to the payroll system without manual intervention. As RTE gives schools control of the information used to pay their employees, the likelihood of errors is reduced.
RTE is provided to the schools via Hertfordshire County Council’s SAP system, which is the core HR, Payroll and Finance system for HCC. In addition to RTE, the following are available via the SAP portal:
Electronic Reporting for Schools
Performance Ratings for both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff (PRP and PRI)
Notification of Leavers
If you require access to the RTE, or one of your users is due to leave the School, please complete the COM03A form below and return to:

Please note that users of the RTE need to be on the School’s payroll and authorisers must be authorised signatories for the School. Due to segregation of duties, no user can be both inputter and authoriser.
