School's Remote Timesheet Entry

The Remote Timesheet Entry (RTE) system is an electronic alternative to completing paper timesheets (TE001).
Following a successful roll out to more than 500 Schools, the remaining Schools are now being encouraged to submit payroll returns by this method.
The Remote Time Sheet Entry system allows schools to complete, authorise and submit their monthly time sheet via a secure website. The information is transferred directly to the payroll system without manual intervention. The benefits for schools are that the deadline for submission of the timesheet is later in the month than that for paper timesheets, the likelihood of errors is reduced and you have instant access to reports of data previously entered to payroll. RTE also puts schools in closer control of the information used to pay their employees.
If you would like to take this opportunity to sign up to RTE, please complete the below COM03A form for each user at the School and return to:

The form can also be submitted by e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend that each School sets up a minimum of two inputters (RTE) and two authorisers (RTA), to cover in the event of staff absence.
