Staff Benefits

Hertfordshire County Council has a range of flexible benefits to enhance the remuneration package offered to employees. This means you will be able to select benefits that suit you and at a cost that is lower than you are likely to find as an individual.

This scheme is available to all HCC employees and it is entirely up to you which, if any, of the benefits you choose. There is no obligation on anyone to take any of the benefits on offer.

Some benefits involve a deduction from your salary each month. Others require a telephone call from you to the provider to be able to access a range of goods and services as an employee of Hertfordshire County Council.

There are currently 32 benefits available for you to choose from, however, it is intended to give you as wide a choice as possible and you will be kept informed of developments and further benefits as they are introduced.
