The National Teacher Enquiry Network, run by the Teacher Development Trust, is a collaborative partnership of schools and colleges focussed on innovation and improvement through highly effective and evidence-based staff professional development and learning.
At the heart of it is the idea that the best professional development occurs when teachers collaboratively plan lessons, observe, collect and discuss data, and reflect on the effect of the teaching activities on learners. In particular, we promote the popular Lesson Study approach to professional learning.
