The main contractor for HICS is Updata Infrastructure Ltd. The HICS Service Desk is operated by SITSS (School IT Systems Support) on behalf of Updata for all connected schools and other sites.
The Service Desk is open Monday to Thursdays from 08:00 to 18:00 (16:00 on Fridays).
On most occasions the Service Desk staff will be able to deal with your call or email directly. Where they cannot they will liaise with Updata on your behalf.
