The HGfL Helpdesk
The HGfL Help Centre is run by Paul Smith and his team from NTL's
offices in Buncefield. The Help Centre is staffed between 8am
and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

The help centre can help you with:
- Any problems with your connection to the HGfL
- Disabling access to a website which is clearly unsuitable for use
in schools but has managed to evade the HGfL automatic filtering system.
- General problems using the HGfL and any online services.
It is sometimes difficult to decide exactly where a fault might lie,
if you are unable to connect to the HGfL or if the service is not performing
as it should. If in doubt, call the helpdesk and they will help you
to understand where the problem may be.
