Hoax calls Regarding Computers at Risk
We have had a report of a school receiving a call, out of the blue, claiming to be from Microsoft or Windows and offering to fix a computer which was at risk. These calls are hoaxes. Please do not give the caller any information at all … just hang-up.

Schools' Commissioning Toolkit Update
The Toolkit has been re-written to reflect Hertfordshire County Council’s new Contract Regulations adopted in December 2011. The changes include, but are not limited to, a raised threshold for call to tender from £50,000 to £75,000 and changes to the formal roles assumed under the Regulations. More
